“At Vossko we are in the best hands”. Why do even the customers of many years express themselves in this way? Because they have built up confidence in us and accept our decision to market our exquisite tasty articles made from poultry, pork  resp. beef only completely cooked for safety reasons.

The Highest Possible Level of Safety

Especially with poultry, cooked articles offer with regards to hygiene the current highest possible level of safety. For some years, we have often been producing a part of our fat free or low-fat cooked products made from poultry and beef in Lages/Brazil. The processing of poultry and meat has an above average large significance in comparison to other countries. Therefore the governmental safety standards are unusually high even for completely cooked products.

In general cooked articles have to come up to the high demands in taste and optic. They are meeting with more and more acceptance in the food retail trade, foodservice, and industry at home and abroad. This is the same for those convenience products made from chicken, turkey, pork or beef. We are still developing recipes, cooking processes, preparation recommendations often also in close cooperation with our customers. We have noted increasingly in our neutral food tastings that one is not able to differentiate between cooked and non-cooked articles any more.
