Production process
To ensure that our customers receive products that are as safe as possible, we focus on manufacturing products that are fully cooked. All VOSSKO products are carefully checked, safely transported and labeled in a consumer-friendly manner when they reach the retail market, offering you high-quality convenience, consistent quality and great flavor. Both the supply chain and production play a crucial role in maintaining our quality standards. Through strict monitoring of the raw materials, continuous quality inspections by external laboratories and safe transportation, taking into account the cold chain, we monitor every step through to the end product.
QUALITY CONTROL
The basis for high quality is flawless raw materials. We demand consistently high quality from our suppliers for every delivery, in accordance with agreed specifications. In cooperation with independent laboratories and veterinary authorities, we ensure that our customers can enjoy a high-quality and safe end product. To do this, we have both the raw materials used and the finished products Our development department tastes the current production every day, and sensory tests ensure that our products meet the high consumer expectations in terms of taste as well.
Safe transportation
To ensure that our products reach consumers in perfect condition, they are shock-frozen at -30°C immediately after cooking and delivered while maintaining an unbroken cold chain. This ensures that the ingredients are optimally preserved and that the product reaches the retailer in a “as good as freshly prepared” condition.
Qualification of employees
In addition to flawless production conditions, the manufacture of high-quality products requires the deployment of highly qualified specialists who ensure that the production process runs smoothly. For this reason, quality begins with our employees: through comprehensive and regular training, they are able to carry out all quality-relevant processes in the company with the utmost care and ensure production under the highest hygiene standards.
Transparent labeling
The quality of VOSSKO products is apparent to consumers at first glance: You can find proper labeling on each package according to the LMIV (EU food information regulation). Due to the increasing frequency of intolerances, we also try to avoid the use of additives that must be declared and allergens such as soy, gluten or lactose that must be labeled.

These certifications not only confirm our efforts to achieve high standards in various areas, but also ensure the continuous improvement of our processes.
